At Covent Veil Bridal, we understand that your wedding accessories are the finishing touches to your most special day. We are committed to ensuring your items arrive safely and beautifully.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has been prepared and quality-checked, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
To offer you a curated collection of unique bridal accessories at accessible prices, we ship our items directly from our global artisan partners.

UK Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days.

International Delivery: 10–21 business days.
Please note: During peak wedding seasons (March–August), shipping times may be slightly longer. We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks before your wedding date to ensure peace of mind.
3. Shipping Costs

UK Orders: We are pleased to offer Complimentary Tracked Shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat rate of £4.95 applies.

International: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your parcel's journey directly on our website via the "Track My Order" page.
5. Customs & Import Taxes
For our international brides, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Covent Veil Bridal is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [coventveilbridal@outlook.com] with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for you.
